This second annual bike tour
honors a celebrated husband, father, and friend who passed away in his prime.
Effy Oz was a vivacious character whose athleticism was only surpassed by his
love for family and education. Dr. Oz’s graduate students at Penn State Great
Valley benefited from his dedication to learning and research. His zeal for
life was infectious, and this Tour is only fitting as a memorial to what he
held dear. This ride offers 3 newer courses through
lovely, rolling countryside, quaint villages, and covered bridges. Courses
vary in difficulty and can challenge even the experienced rider. Registration fees for this event benefit

offers educational scholarships and supports information technology advancements
